Polyamory & Non-Monogamy
As a therapist, I enjoy working with people who are polyamorous or who are exploring the possibilities of being poly. In therapy, you can
Determine your ground rules or boundaries
Explore your thoughts and emotions around being poly or having a partner who is poly
Work through any difficulties
Work through issues unrelated to being poly (such as trauma, past abuse, grief, anxiety, and addiction)
While it's fairly common for a monogamous person and a polyamorous person to be in a relationship together, it can create conflicts. Or even if everyone is poly, there can be differing expectations amongst partners. Therapy can help people understand the needs and desires of their partners and also work through any triggers.
Individuals, Couples, Triads, Vees, Quads, and Moresomes
Usually, I see poly individuals and couples, but I am open to seeing triads, vees, quads, and moresomes.
I’ve worked with people who are polyamorous and polyfidelitous.

Other Poly-Friendly Therapists
If I don’t seem like the right therapist for you, there are listings of other polyamory-friendly therapists. While I cannot vouch for the therapists on these listings, I want you to have as many options as possible. Talk to any potential therapist, and make sure you are comfortable with them.
